On April 22nd (weather permitting), we will be setting sail for Port Stephens, Lord Howe Island, Vanuatu, the Solomon Isalnds and then returning to Australia- possibly via the Louisiade Archipelago of Papua New Guinea. We plan to return to Sydney by approximately the end of October. Hopefully, this time we will still have our mast!
The crew will be Dave Kerr (skipper), Penelope Kerr (First Mate), Paul Finucane (crew) and William Kerr (crew). William will leave in late June as he is heading off to Borneo as a volunteer, teaching English in Bario, a highland village. Paul is leaving us in August to return to Australia.

Jo Johnson: Hello Dave Penny and crew. Great to read your blog and about your adventures. I absolutely love the mountains of our adopted country but reading your diary , I do so miss the ocean. I envy your adventurous spirit but not the trials and tribulations of life aboard. Love the idea of updating the Lonely Planet Guide but suspect you could just about write your own after this trip!
